Inventory organized by room

Less searching. More living.

Four ways to make more of what you own.

01 · Your home

Name your homes and rooms. Keep up to three photos per object, receipt images, serial numbers and notes.

02 · Garage sale

Separate estimated value, asking price and money received. Share a photo catalog of available objects.

03 · Moving

Assign box labels and destinations. Track objects to pack, packed or arrived.

04 · Donations

Record recipients and delivery. Sold and delivered objects retain their history without counting toward owned value.

Home Inventory — iPad

Your records, with a way to take them with you.

Export a backup before changing devices or deleting the app. Backup files include photos and are not encrypted by this app: keep them somewhere safe. Review images before sharing a catalog.

Before you start

Does it sync across devices?

No. Inventory is stored locally without an account. Export a full backup and import it on another device; there is no automatic synchronization.

What do exports include?

JSON backups include all homes, photos and history. Restore replaces rather than merges inventory. CSV and the Settings PDF are text reports for the selected home; Uses offers photo reports.

Are there ads or a subscription?

A banner may appear only on Home. Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Inventory features are available without purchasing.

Can I sell part of a quantity?

Actions apply to whole records. Create separate records to sell or donate part of a quantity. The app does not process payments or publish marketplace listings.

Are values official appraisals?

No. Values are your estimates, grouped by USD, EUR or CAD without conversion. Reports do not guarantee insurance coverage and are not tax receipts.
