Include app version, iPhone or iPad model and the steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords, private receipts or your complete inventory unless needed and intentionally shared.

Keep a backup

Settings → Export backup includes photos, receipts, plans and history. Save it before deleting the app or changing phones. Restore replaces the current inventory after confirmation; it does not merge. We cannot recover records that exist only on your device.

Reports and uses

Uses contains the four purpose-specific photo PDFs. Sale catalogs exclude private text fields but photos may show private details: review them. Settings also offers a text PDF and CSV. Sold/delivered objects remain in All objects and history, but do not count in owned value. Prices are per unit; actions apply to entire records.

Escríbenos con versión, modelo y pasos del problema. Ajustes → Exportar respaldo guarda también fotos e historial. Restaurar reemplaza, no combina. No podemos recuperar datos que solo existen en tu dispositivo.

En Usos encontrarás reportes con fotos para hogar, venta, mudanza y donación. Revisa las fotos antes de compartirlas. Vendidos y entregados conservan su ficha, pero no se suman al valor de lo que tienes en casa.
